Regulatory and legal framework for the development of industry in Ukraine (for example, machine building)

Промисловий комплекс України – це складний багатогранний елемент складної ієрархічної системи управління державою. Сукупність усіх сегментів промислового комплексу та ефективність їх функціонування сприяють формуванню загального рейтингу країни на міжнародному рівні. Одним із ключових елементів на розвиток промисловості в країні є державне регулювання діяльності підприємств на основі відповідних нормативно-правових актів. Розглянуто основні нормативно-правові документи розвитку промисловості України. Проаналізовані тенденції розвитку сектору машинобудування за останнє десятиліття. Внесено пропозиції щодо розроблення Стратегії розвитку промисловості України на довгострокову перспективу в секторі машинобудування. Запропоновано шляхи реформування нормативно-правового законодавства країни для стабілізації пропорційного розвитку різних секторів економікиIndustrial complex of Ukraine - is a complex multifaceted component of a complicated hierarchical system of government. The set of all segments of the industrial complex and their effectiveness contribute to the formation of the overall ranking of the country at the international level. One of the key elements in the development of industry in the country is state regulation of activity of enterprises on the basis of relevant normative legal acts. The article considers the basic legal documents for the development of industry of Ukraine. We analyzed trends in the sector over the last decade. The proposals for designing of the Ukrainian industry development strategy for the long term in the engineering sector are suggested. The ways of reformation of the country’s regulatory legislation system to stabilize the proportional development of various economy sectors are proposed
